This is an awesome student property with 3 double bedrooms and a large south facing roof terrace. Beautifully presented, this is great example of Tern Quay’s quality student accommodation. Very close to Mutley Plain and a short walk from the University.
This flat feels especially homely. Spread over two floors this definitely isn’t a pokey offering. You enter into a large hallway which feels bright and spacious benefiting from the light pouring in from the large patio door of the roof terrace. Towards the rear of the property there is a large open plan lounge and kitchen. This is the perfect space for you to relax and enjoy your spare time together. The large breakfast bar makes for a very sociable space and you can sit and catch up on the days/nights events while making a cuppa or cooking up a storm. The bathroom is just off the hallway, beautifully formed with a powerful shower and an ‘actual’ bath which is a pleasant surprise for most. Upstairs the bedrooms are all a good size, with double beds, high ceilings and tasteful decor. There is also a large cupboard on the upstairs landing of this student property, perfect for hanging coats/wetsuits etc and storing more mundane items like hoovers and ironing boards.
